New Mural in Downtown Sioux Falls
The Washington Pavilion is proud to have assisted in facilitating the collaboration between artist Walter and corporate sponsor MarketBeat, resulting in a large-scale, colorful mural on the parking ramp along 10th Street, east of Phillips Avenue. The mural was designed to capture our city’s history while looking ahead to its future!
Artist Statement: Spectral Flux, a mural where Sioux Falls’ landmarks are intertwined with a retro aesthetic, crafted by both an artist and AI. Designed to be colorful and lively, the artwork is designed to capture a bit of the city’s history while looking ahead to its future, looking at the journey we’ve taken and the path we’re embarking on.
