Fine Arts and Craft Vendor Application
The Sidewalk Arts Festival is a FREE outdoor event with more than 230 vendors featuring the region’s best fine art, folk art and craft artisans, as well as nonprofit organizations and food vendors.
Enjoy activities for kids, live entertainment, food vendors and more on the streets surrounding the Washington Pavilion. This event is a fundraiser for the Washington Pavilion of Arts & Science and is the region’s largest one-day arts festival.
Attendees can look forward to a Beer Garden area, perfect for cooling off or occupying those who tag along while you enjoy the beautiful artwork and fun entertainment. In 2024 we welcomed a record-breaking 284 vendors, making it one of the most vibrant and well-attended festivals in our history.
If ADA accommodation is needed, please contact the Washington Pavilion at 605-367-6000 at least 72 hours before the event.
Please remember, this is a smoke-free event.
If you interested in the 2025 festival on Saturday, September 6, please email sidewalkarts@washingtonpavilion.org
Proceeds from the festival support the Washington Pavilion’s mission to deliver memorable experiences that entertain, educate and enrich by inspiring lifelong discovery and inclusive experiences that improve the quality of life for everyone.
Sidewalk Arts Festival and the Washington Pavilion do not have any designated headquarter hotels or relationships with hotels. Vendor Testimonials
“This is my favorite event to be a part of. It’s organized, everything’s labeled and the crowds speak for themselves. Thank you to everyone that helped it be a success.”
“We were so grateful for the thorough, friendly communication before, during and after the festival!”
“This is my favorite festival! I’ve participated twice now and both times have been a great experience. The turnout was amazing (good weather helped but the advertising and reputation of the show are both big factors), and the crowd was eclectic. I feel valued by WashPav as an artist and am excited to be part of a fundraising event. The staff and volunteers were very helpful, and the show has a positive energy overall. The lunch and booth sitters are a wonderful option for people who do shows alone like I do. It’s an awesome event to be a part of!”
