The Washington Pavilion Guest Services, 3e Encore Guest Services and websites WashingtonPavilion.org, 3eEncore.com, Lallycooler.com and SiouxFallsOrpheum.com are the only authorized distributors of tickets.

While tickets purchased through secondary marketplaces and ticket resellers may be valid tickets, we cannot guarantee their authenticity or admission. If tickets are found to be fraudulent, patrons risk being denied admission, refunds and/or exchanges. Please use discretion if you decide to purchase tickets through a ticket reseller.

Tickets purchased online outside of the region (SD, MN, IA,NE) may be subject to cancellation without notice. Management reserves the right to change any ticket delivery methods. If you are outside of the region and wish to purchase tickets, please contact 3e Encore Guest Services at 605-367-6000. Tickets purchased by suspected ticket resellers can be cancelled without notice and these accounts may be blocked from future purchases.

Ticket Buying Policy for 3e Encore

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. Tickets are valid only for the events and seats for which they are issued. All guests, including children, must have a ticket for admission. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Prices, event dates, times, performers and performances are subject to change. Such changes do not dictate a refund or exchange unless authorized by the producer, promoter or 3e Encore. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or fraudulent tickets. The venue reserves the right to determine appropriate ticket delivery methods as needed.

In the interest of guests and artists, latecomers may experience delayed access to the theater or provided alternate seating at the discretion of management. There is no compensation if a guest misses a performance or cannot attend a future performance.

Please note that all festival pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Credit card transactions charges are not refundable. Once redeemed, passes and tickets are non-transferable. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal schedules, festival lineup changes, weather, or other circumstances. Event times and artist lineup are subject to change, such changes do not dictate a refund or exchange. By purchasing these passes, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

By purchasing a pass and attending the festival, you acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk. The festival organizers are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Select tickets for performances may be exchangeable for a fee. If the new ticket is more expensive than the original, the guest is responsible for the difference. Exchanges are not available for discounted/promotional tickets, group tickets or tickets purchased during a presale. No exchanges are allowed on complimentary tickets. Once redeemed, passes and tickets are non-transferable.

Refunds are available for canceled performances. For rescheduled performances, guests are welcome to provide their ticket payment as a donation to support the mission of the Washington Pavilion or Orpheum Theater Center or accept credit in the amount of your purchase to be used towards future performances. Refunds are only available within 30 days of the issuance of rescheduled performance notification. There is no compensation if a guest misses a performance or cannot attend a future performance.

The safety of our guests is our top priority. However, performances are rarely canceled due to weather. We encourage ticket buyers to consider purchasing ticket insurance, Secure My Booking. If you are concerned about attending a performance due to inclement weather, please call Guest Services at 605-367-6000.

Special promotions and ticket offers are valid on new purchases only. They are not valid on previous purchases and there are no price adjustments after a sale.

Service animals are welcome and must be under the control of their handler and housebroken. All other animals, including emotional support animals, are not permitted. If you intend to bring a service animal to a performance, please notify Guest Services at the time of purchase so that we can identify the most suitable seating location for you.

We may ask that a service animal is removed from the premises if the service animal is out of control or if the service animal is not housebroken.
